ABOUT US

Crown Promotions began as a way to provide activities and fun for people to enjoy.   We started with one event and were surprised by the overwhelming response from the community.  We enjoyed the business side of the event and decided we could do more!

My first venture into event promotions was in 2001, my senior year of high school. My youth group brought in a couple major Christian artists who put on two nights of sold out concerts at our high school. While I had no idea what all went into making that happen, I had the privilege of helping to sell tickets, pass out promotional materials (ahem--before the world of facebook), hanging out with and taking care of the bands upon their arrival, and being one of the emcees of the concerts. I fell in love! I knew then that I would always find ways to work to be a part of events like this.

In college, I was on different leadership teams that worked to put on events for high school students. Each year, I worked with 9 other people to plan and execute activities, guest speakers, concerts, etc., for several thousand high school students. 

 

Now we're beginning to expand our business from Coffeyville, KS, to Joplin, MO.  It's an exciting adventure for this little family business!

I'm happy to be able to use these experiences in my life today. When you're working in your passion area, it doesn't really seem like work!
